Job purpose
- Responsible for providing the highest possible level of customer experience and strengthening customer relationships in every interaction in your sales role
- Responsible for the project management of each cabinet job - from job acquisition to the finalization and handoff to our production team.
Duties and Responsibilities
SALES DUTIES:
- Active customer-facing responsibilities for HighCraft house accounts and new clients, manage each job from acquisition to project turn-in, including but not limited to the following:
- Primary HighCraft contact person with assigned account including contact on upcoming jobs and jobs in progress managing the details below and general communication and customer service that naturally occurs during the life of a job
- Providing estimates for upcoming jobs after Sales Manager review and approval
- Initial and final field measure of jobs assigned by Sales Manager
- Initial and final drawings in Cabinet Vision of jobs assigned by Sales Manager
- Providing accurate, detailed Project Worksheets to Operations side of the business to ensure a seamless transfer of information so customers are served well
- Regularly assess, take notes and suggest / make improvements to the process of acquiring customer information and transferring that information downstream in the company.
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications/Experience
- Previous Sales experience in the cabinet industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact with customers, co-workers, with clarity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Desire and ability to learn and improve the process to support sales growth plans
- Must be detail oriented and organized to manage a large number of job details
- Ability to multi-task and work with little or no supervision
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma

- Necessary mobility to work in an office environment and on construction sites
License:
- Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance at time of hire in order to operate vehicles to run errands.

Pay: From $33.32 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
