About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to join Higher Acquisition in driving growth for our diverse portfolio of clients through digital marketing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and analyze detailed performance reports for client campaigns across social media and digital platforms
- Conduct in-person client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships
- Develop and manage content posting schedules and marketing planners
- Review analytics data and provide strategic recommendations for client growth
- Present performance metrics and growth strategies to clients
- Monitor and optimize client campaigns across various digital platforms
Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
Preferred Qualifications
