Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing our behavioral health team, providing clinical supervision to MFT and MSW practicum students, and supporting holistic development through mentorship, educational programs, and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to practicum students engaging in individual, couples, family, and group counseling.
- Assist clinical staff in developing treatment plans.
- Supervise clinical staff’s casework and assist in achieving goals and objectives.
- Serve as a clinical liaison between administration and behavioral health staff.
- Participate in training and supervisory programs as needed.
- Conduct supervision for 10-15 hours weekly, either onsite or remotely (flexible).
- Be onsite two afternoons per week (approximately 12 PM - 5 PM).
- Build and maintain a positive team environment.
- Guide the development of policies and procedures as necessary.
- Ensure consistent training in best practices and clinical compliance with regulations.
- Assist in creating a resource library to enhance mental health and wellness services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
- LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW with current California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) registration.
- Supervisory CEUs (BBS approved).
- Professional experience required; nonprofit experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to youth advocacy and community support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible with onsite and remote work schedules.
