Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives.
- Maintain organized e-filing systems and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
- Implement, market and sell a variety of misc items via online forums.
- Assist with office management tasks within our fast-paced work environment, some simple and mundane, some more sophisticated.
- Responsibilities will grow with commensurate experience and include New Project Development and Project Management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with online retail marketing and sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient in administrative functions with experience in proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Upbeat and passionate about live music.
