Primary Responsibilities:
*Provide top-notch, courteous and responsive service to our guests
*Craft and serve specialty espresso and brewed coffee drinks
*Maintain a clean and organized work area
*Educate customers about the intricacies of making quality craft beverages and the purpose of our company
Requirements:
*Exceptional attendance is a must
*Pleasant disposition with customers and staff
*Self-directed, organized, have a great attention to detail, and adaptable to an ever-evolving workplace dynamic
*Able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
*Able to stand, walk, and lift for an entire work day
*Maintain a professional appearance

Position Compensation: Starting wage of $14/hour tips (average $3.60 per hour in winter/higher in summer) Paid time off and $300 Wellness Money for part-time employees available after a term of employment.
