π¨ Director β US Tech Recruiting - $135k base ($300k Y1 OTE) π¨
My client, a 40-head, global Tech recruitment specialist, are on the look-out for a new US Director to lead their Miami office, and oversee further USA expansion, with vision to have multiple US offices in the next 2-3 years.
In this role you'll inherit a team of 2 experienced recruiters, currently producing $100k-$140k per month, each with 2-6 years experience with budget from day one to grow your office β¬οΈ
Key responsibilities
π Business Unit Growth β one of your main responsibilities is growing the US office, both headcount wise, hiring for your team, and driving business development.
βͺοΈ Billing & leading by example β βDo as I do, not just as I sayβ , the ideal Director will be hands on, working in a billing role alongside their team, leading by example. Bringing in new business, completing searches all whilst growing and managing the team.
π Headcount growth β 2025 is the year of reinvestment from the Founders, you will have major scope to grow once embedded, with a view for you to oversee the entire US operation.
βͺοΈ Business performance β you will control & be responsible for the entire P&L across the USA division
π Revenue performance β the team are high performers, US & UK side, with consultants regularly billing $100k in a single month.
