I'm working with a top New York team searching for a recruiter experienced in Quant Research, Trading, and/or Portfolio Management to join their desk.

With offices in NYC and Europe, they're expanding their US presence, replicating their massive European success in New York

The NYC team, led by one of the company's top billers, boasts exceptional performance despite industry challenges last year.

Currently boutique-sized, the NYC team offers significant growth potential for the right recruiter.

▶️ $120k average fees, up to $320k fees (min $30k commissions per placement)

Requirements:

▶️ Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience

▶️ Experience recruiting for Quant Researchers, Traders, or Portfolio Managers

▶️ Familiarity with recruiting for clients like Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, or Prop Trading Houses

▶️ Demonstrated hunger, determination, and tenacity to succeed

The New York office aims to replicate the success achieved on other continents, making this opportunity ideal for someone looking to contribute to a visionary endeavor.

The New York team covers Quant Research, Trading, PM, as well as Quant Engineering and Software Development.

Working with top tier clients including Private Credit, Tier-1 Hedge Funds, Prop Trading Houses, Asset Managers and Funds, placing Quant Researchers, Traders and Portfolio Managers for large fees.
