We are actively hiring for a strong Accounting and Finance recruiter, to join the hottest recruitment desk in Massachusetts, where the average recruiter is taking home $200,000 , and many on the team earning over $500,000.
My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Accounting & Finance space, with a cemented client base covering financial services, corporate, retail and other sectors.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
− Strong base salary, hybrid working (Massachusetts), and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest A&F recruiting seat in New York.
Highlights:
✓ True base salary from $75,000 to $115,000
✓ Perm commissions 50-60% and increasing to 60% ($40,000-$80,000 fees)
✓ Contract/Temp commissions high (minimum 10-15% recurring)
✓ Hybrid & flexible working - 3 days WFH (Massachusetts office)
✓ Specialized in all Accounting and Finance roles
✓ Avg. billers in the business - $600,000 - $800,000 (take home $250k )
✓ No requirement for business development (deliver from day one)
They have a cemented client base spanning Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, Insurance/Pension Funds, Investment Banks, and corporate/retail clients.
The desk is recruiting for all A&F roles including: Junior/Mid/Senior Accountants, Analysts, Controllers, FP&A, CFO, Credit, Cost Accountant, Compliance, Risk, Finance Directors/Managers.
With the option to work from home, top salaries, and a strong client network, consultants here regularly achieve billings from $600,000-$800,000, taking home 50% of their billings.
