🚨 Recruiter - Technology - NYC - $75k-$110k 🚨
I am actively hiring for a strong Technology recruiter, to join my client's established recruitment desk in New York, where the average recruiter is taking home $200,000 , and many on the team earning over $500,000.
My client have an outstanding reputation recruiting technology roles within into a cemented client base covering fintech, SaaS, financial services, corporate and retail.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
− Strong base salary, hybrid working (NYC), and very high commissions - you'll be sat in the hottest tech recruiting seat in New York.
Highlights:
✓ True base salary from $75,000 to $110,000
✓ Perm commissions 50-60% and increasing to 60% ($40,000-$80,000 fees)
✓ Contract/Temp commissions high (minimum 10-15% recurring)
✓ Hybrid & flexible working - 3 days WFH (NYC office)
✓ Specialized in all Tech roles (software, data, ai/ml, infra and etc.)
✓ Avg. billers in the business - $400,000 - $600,000 (take home $220k )
✓ No requirement for business development (deliver from day one)
With the option to work from home, top salaries, and a strong client network, consultants here regularly achieve billings from $600,000-$800,000, taking home 50% of their billings.
