In Home Health Aide

Job Summary
We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team of professional In Home Caregivers! Higher Health is the leading Agency in providing ”Exceptional Client Care” and personalized support to individuals in their home. The role of the caregiver mostly involves assisting with daily living activities, supervision, personal care needs, meal prep and light housework. We offer a 360 approach to ensure that clients well-being is primary!

Duties
- Provide excellent client care by assisting with personal care or daily living activities .

- Meet and work with unique individuals diagnosed with autism, memory deficiencies or other disabilities. Work with our aging community members that need specific care designed for them while staying at home or in assisted living Communities.

-Supervision of client.

-Strong knowledge of charting and documentation of daily care routines.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary
- Engage in social work activities to enhance the quality of life for clients

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in client, patient, or individual care. Qualified individuals may have performed job duties in related settings such as Hospitals,Nursing Homes or Assisted Living Facilities. Caregivers that retain a Med-Aide and/or CNA License will have greater earning potential!

-Must have a general knowledge on clients individual needs for care as well as the ability to carry out all duties involved in the care plan.

- Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks such as transferring or assisting clients with walking/standing/sitting as needed.

- Strong communication skills are a must!
