Position Overview :
As an Account Management Trainee, your primary role will be to promote our clients’ brands through field marketing programs and strategic campaigns. You will work closely with our Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales departments to support and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities that drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth by supporting and executing marketing campaigns and field activities
- Execute assigned marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition and brand promotions
- Collaborate with corporate and field marketing teams to develop customized strategies for different market segments
- Provide project management and coordination for events, ensuring successful execution
- Promote events and work with the Account Development team to raise awareness and drive participation from the target audience
- Build and maintain direct relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
- Manage campaigns, events, team members, and budgets to ensure overall success
