On-Site Sales Representative

Location: Harrisburg, PA- State College, PA- Reading, PA- Lancaster, PA- South Central NY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Site Sales Representative to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote and sell our range of services, including office technology, IT solutions, document management, and marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.​This position is not a remote position. You are required to live within driving distance from the location of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote HIG's services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate solutions.​
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.​
  • Address client inquiries and objections effectively to close sales.​
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.​
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional company image.​
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.​
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events and cold calling.​
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.​
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to explore additional sales opportunities.​
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).​
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant information.​
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.​
  • Ensure all client information and sales activities are documented accurately.​
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.​

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.​
  • Experience in selling technology solutions, office equipment, or related services is a plus.​
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.​
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.​
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.​
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.​
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.​
