What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Marketing Assistant position at Higher Kingdom Marketing?
Our company has grown to be a national leader in connecting consumers and brands at the local level with expansion goals that require adding on to our Marketing team. Our Marketing and Brand Promotions team has been thoroughly trained to put our client's businesses front and center in the consumer's mindset. Our team of Marketing Assistants help some of the nation’s most recognizable home improvement brands expand their reach by providing a direct sales approach to help the spread of their products and services.
The successful entry-level Marketing Assistant candidate is a process-oriented, fast learner with excellent creative problem-solving skills and is a superior communicator. Our company has seen so much growth with our Ready Refresh partnership that we have decided to take it one step further and partner with a new home improvement client.
Marketing Assistant Overview at the Entry Level:
- Must be able to verbally articulate our clients’ product offerings to various types of potential consumers to ensure we are maximizing the market and consumer pool
- Must be able to read and recognize potential consumers needs in order to provide them with a customized service experience
- Must show team camaraderie by assisting fellow colleagues in need of help with client information, new marketing and sales tactics, and potential new consumer leads
- Must be able to meet full-time work requirements and availability for occasional travel on a quarterly basis
- Must be able to invest additional time to learn new marketing and sales strategies, new client products, and troubleshooting different territories
Desired Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer-facing environments
- A love for high-quality customer experiences and customer engagement
- Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
- Analytical mind, while creatively flexible
- Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies
- Must be flexible in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments
- An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation
