Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable and people-oriented Express Associate to assist our growing company. The Higher Love Cannabis Co. Express Associate is the first point of contact for our customers. In this role you will have many responsibilities like providing exceptional customer service, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, inventory management, sales, and processing payments. Communicate with store leadership regarding any concerns. Providing “VIP” excellence in service standards in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust by introducing customer loyalty program through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Must be aware of all compliance and regulatory laws to ensure we are compliant.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within transactions; follow-up where appliable to ensure
resolution and customer retention.
- Keep records of customer interactions that require escalated attention and resolution by Express Retail Leadership.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers needs and concerns.
- Provide new product insights.
- Upsell and maximize the customer experience.
- Be aware of all promotions and in-store products.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Track record of over-achieving results.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with ordering systems and best practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer needs and questions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Track record of wowing our customers and exceeding expectations.
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
- Ongoing training and skill development.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required; College Degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
