Position Summary:
As the Marketing Administrator at Higher Love, you will play a key role in supporting marketing operations and initiatives across retail and merchandising, artist management, administrative tasks, and additional marketing support. This role ensures efficient collaboration within the marketing team, external partners, and retail locations. You’ll help facilitate and assist with various marketing efforts that promote brand growth and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities, Job:
Administrative Support
- Offer administrative assistance to the marketing team, including budgeting, media outreach, ordering accessories, and tracking deliverables.
Retail and Merchandising Support
- Assist our Merchandising Coordinator in coordinating retail and merchandising initiatives, ensuring the marketing strategy is executed at retail locations.
- Organize, package and deliver Merchandise to stores if need be.
Artist Management Support
- Provide administrative support for managing artist relationships, including coordination for payment, merch drops and promotions.
- Help manage communication between artists, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure successful collaboration.
Additional Marketing Support
- Deliver marketing and promotional items to the stores.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience – At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or support role, preferably with experience in retail or merchandising.
- Project Management Skills – Ability to assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are tracked across teams.
- Organizational Skills – Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Retail and Merchandising Understanding – Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising strategies.
- Tech Proficiency – Comfortable using marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and organization.
- Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage relationships with external partners.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with retail or merchandising experience.
