Senior Structural Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join one of our clients growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, proficiency in design software, and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion, focusing on bridge design and supporting bridge design elements. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership in guiding junior engineers and coordinating with clients and stakeholders!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Develop innovative and efficient structural designs for bridge, bridge building support, and other infrastructure.
- Perform structural analysis using advanced engineering software.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
- Mentor and provide technical support to junior engineers and drafters.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
