Gameday Men's Health is hiring an Office Associate for its Boulder location. This is more than just a front desk position. This person will also be responsible for aspects of sales outreach, marketing strategy and execution, inventory, managing spreadsheets and more.
This is an onsite position Tuesdays 8:30a-5:30p, Thursdays 9:30a-6:30p and Fridays 8:30a-5:30p. Additional hours working remotely on Mondays or Wednesdays possible.
Base Pay: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients
- Perform various tasks related to daily operations, including inventory, stocking, and ordering of office supplies,
- Schedule follow-up appointments, as well as rescheduling appointments as needed
- Assist medical staff with calling pharmacies, follow up on labs, etc
- Leveraging marketing software to reaching out to leads, driving additional business
- Provide great customer experiences, encouraging repeat business and 5-star Google Reviews
- 2 yrs experience in a customer service oriented position
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with databases and Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills, both in person, on the phone and via email
- Previous marketing, sales and/or leadership experience a plus
- Desire to work in a healthcare/health & wellness environment
