Your Role: Smoke Shop Trailblazer
As part of the Higher Up team, your mission is to:

• Share your passion for smoke culture with customers and help them discover their new favorite products.
• Become the expert on everything we offer – from glass to vape, tobacco to accessories.
• Help keep the shop looking sharp – you’ll be organizing and maintaining displays, ensuring everything is in its place, and contributing to the overall vibe of the store.
• Stay on top of trends and offer fresh, innovative advice to our customers.

But that's not all! As we grow, we’re looking to develop our team members into key roles beyond the counter. You might get the opportunity to take on roles like:

• Interior Design & Visual Merchandising – Create the vibe by designing the layout and displays for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience.
• Social Media Content Creation – Help us expand our online presence, create engaging content, and connect with our community.
• Web Design & Development – Work with us to create and maintain an incredible digital experience for our customers.
• Marketing & Branding – Take part in growing our brand through creative campaigns, events, and promotions.
