Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Location: Austin, Texas
The HigherEchelon Salesforce Division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the architectural design and technical implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into best-in-class Salesforce solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the Salesforce Technical Architect, driving the overall technical strategy, architecture, and design of Salesforce implementations.
Lead architectural reviews, establish best practices, and ensure compliance with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles.
Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, integration patterns, security protocols, and governance strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution diagrams, data models, and integration strategies.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce multi-cloud implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
Oversee technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving adoption of Salesforce best practices.
Ensure data security, compliance, and regulatory adherence in Salesforce implementations, including Public Sector security standards.
Lead Salesforce roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology advancements.
Serve as a thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem, staying updated on new releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on support when necessary.
Facilitate executive-level discussions on Salesforce strategy, architecture, and technical vision.
Required Skills:
Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
Extensive technical expertise in Salesforce platform and applications, with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and integration options.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development languages and tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Experience with Salesforce architecture and design patterns, such as MVC, SOA, and event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and security principles related to Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting complex concepts to business leaders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and influence technical teams.
Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance
Required Education and Experience:
Certified Salesforce Technical Architect
Will have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of general work experience.
Experience in the IT field focusing on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.
Will possess strong architecture and design experience, including at least five (5) years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
