What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Counselor Team Leader position at Highfields Inc?
The Family Reunification Program (FRP) Team Leader provides assessment, treatment planning and clinical services to children and families and works in tandem with FRP Family Services Workers to facilitate intensive family preservation services according to the FRP model. The Family Reunification Program provides strength-based, solution-focused home-based counseling services to children and families.
This position is based out of our Jackson, MI Office serving clients in Branch and Calhoun Counties. Highfields offers a flexible schedule and the ability to complete documentation via remote.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or directly related field (will consider if in process of completing).
- State licensure commensurate with required degree (consideration given if currently in process of obtaining or ability to obtain).
- One year or more experience in providing counseling services to children and families.
- Valid driver's license.
