Overview :
Senior Director, Hotel Finance Onboarding plays a pivotal role in executing comprehensive onboarding and training programs for finance professionals within hotel operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent, managing effective teams, and enhancing Hotel Finance operations.
Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas :
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of all business areas, its processes and supporting functions as it relates to the hotel finance ecosystem
- Developing and leading a highly effective team tasked with onboarding of the hotels into Finance Ecosystem
- Ensuring timely execution of transition activities
- Maintaining transparent status reporting for each property onboarding using available tools (SmartSheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.)
- Provide feedback and guidance on design and implementation of effective onboarding programs for new finance team members, ensuring smooth integration into hotel finance operations
- Assist with developing and update training materials, modules, and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of finance personnel
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create effective and efficient onboarding process and deliver exceptional results
- Creating and managing Finance Onboarding team budget
