Overview: Role
We are seeking a multifaceted guest experience and events professional to assist with the final planning and coordination of events on Retreat, as well as support our Front Office team. You will be responsible for day of organization, execution and post-event reconciliation for corporate and social events, as well as contribute and support to all other guest experiences on Retreat.

Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination:
- Lead the day of planning and execution for events, coordinating with the Sales team and group contact to ensure timely set up and delivery on all expectations
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and creativity in addressing challenges that arise during event planning and execution.. Your ability to adapt and find solutions will be key to success.
- Perform administrative duties related to event management, billing, and post-event reconciliation.
- Offer and engage in all Retreat specific experiences and lead any on-site programs related to events
- Front Office Engagement:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check-in/out processes, and resolution of any guest inquiries or issues. Your aim is to create memorable first and last impressions.
- Proactively engage with guests to understand their needs, providing personalized service that enhances their stay and event experience. Be ready to offer information about the retreat's amenities and services.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Must have a passion for hospitality, nature, and the guest experience
- Minimum of two years prior experience in a role of similar responsibilities or hotel operations
- Expertise in on-site event coordination, food and beverage operations, meetings, corporate dining, and events
- Team management abilities
- Strong written and oral communication, highly organized, and exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Experience working with Tripleseat, and reservation and property management systems
Requirements for Employment:
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment and outdoor elements
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, flexible work schedule to meet business and event demands
- Fluent in English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Hourly Wage: $27.00 per hour
