About the Role:
The Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our hotel. This position involves reconciling transactions, preparing reports, and providing exceptional guest service.
Main Accountabilities:
- Audit and reconcile financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
- Review and prepare management reports, such as daily operating reports and month-end reports
- Provide outstanding guest service, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations
- Cross-train in other accounting and hotel-related areas to enhance skills and knowledge
