Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase hotel revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting both corporate and leisure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and event planners.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and packages.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to stay competitive.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to ensure pricing strategies align with sales objectives.
- Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and other marketing opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance, including revenue targets, bookings, and lead generation.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after events or bookings.

Qualifications
Salary : $110,000
