All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators, no cold calling! You will come into the office in Irving for scheduled meetings and to reload your van with equipment .
As an In-Home Mitigation Consultant , you will determine the scope of work to aid homeowners in their time of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Representative with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:
· Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
· Evaluate job scope using moisture meters and other technology
· Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by quickly building trust and showing empathy
· Get work authorization signed while onsite by providing honest consultations and following our steps
· C ommunicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
· Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
· Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.
· Basic Math
· 2 years of outside sales experience
· Valid driver’s license
· Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
· Must be able to work overtime as needed, some holidays, and weather-related surge events
