What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Support Manager position at HighGround?
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
HighGround is seeking a Mitigation Support Manager (MSM) who will be responsible for supporting organic growth and execution of the Company’s mitigation business for a growing portfolio of best-in-market disaster mitigation and property restoration brands. Specifically, this role will support the Vice Presidents, General Managers and brand leadership teams working in collaboration with the HighGround leadership team in driving commercial excellence and strategic growth initiatives specific to each brand. The Mitigation Support Manager will report directly to the President of Mitigation at HighGround. This role will be located in any of the following geographic locations: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Kansas City, MO, and is a role that requires travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication & Facilitation
- Facilitate tracking of monthly and weekly action items in HighGround’s standard cadence of support and accountability led by the Brand Support Team and service line Presidents
- Partner with HighGround integration and technology functions to continuously improve the value of HighGround’s reporting infrastructure along with brand understanding and proficiency in using relevant reports to drive business performance
- Facilitate tracking of progress to brand growth-driven objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Implementation of Best Practices and Cross-Brand Collaboration
- Leverage known best practices from top performing brands and More Floods’ (HighGround’s business consulting brand) collateral, content, and capabilities to aggregate best practices across brands and share learnings to facilitate accelerated growth across HighGround portfolio
- Develop expertise and act as a subject matter expert in job scoping and estimating practices
- Develop expertise and act as a subject matter expert in Luxor CRM, DASH, and PowerBI
- Strategic Leadership
- Be an engaged thought partner to the senior management team at each brand and the HighGround leadership team
- Provide insight and domain expertise to help inform overall organic and inorganic growth strategies
- Provide insight into talent acquisition and retention aligned with marketing and sales
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Organic Revenue and EBITDA Growth
- Propensity of specialty drying equipment usage
- Average Revenue per Job
- Service line gross profit
- Lead Conversion Rate / Won Jobs
- New product introduction and subsequent performance

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of project management / execution experience in a distributed and complex operational environment
- An analytical mind that is comfortable with numbers and strategy
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to effectively present to brand leaders, customers/partners, and vendors in a variety of professional and social settings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Nationwide multi-entity/multi-location experience is preferred
- Previous restoration industry experience preferred
COMPENSATION:
Competitive Compensation Package that includes:
- Base Salary range $75,000-$85,000
- Performance Based annual bonus
