Videographer

Job Overview:

HighKey Agency, the premier digital branding partner for elite aesthetic and wellness professionals, is looking for a talented Videographer. 

This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented professional who excels in capturing high-quality visual content that aligns with our luxury branding standards and our clients’ personal brands.

We specialize in transforming plastic surgeons and aesthetic clinics into industry icons through high-impact content creation. Your work will play a crucial role in building their social media presence and online authority.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Production Planning

• Conduct a pre-meeting with the Social Media Manager to understand the client's brand vision, aesthetic, and content needs.
• Collaborate with our social media team on pre-production planning, including shot lists, scripts, and content strategies.
• Scout and evaluate filming locations to ensure they align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Ensure all equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear) is fully prepared and functional before shoots.

Filming

• Capture high-quality video content tailored for social media.
• Direct clients confidently to ensure natural, high-engagement footage that enhances their brand presence.
• Utilize professional lighting and audio equipment to maintain luxury production standards.
• Maintain a clean and efficient set, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Post Production

• Upload raw footage promptly to the shared drive after each session.
• Work closely with the social media team to ensure footage aligns with the client’s brand guidelines and content strategy.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on edits to maintain the highest quality output.

Relationship Management

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely updates on production progress and post-production timelines.
• Address client feedback with a solutions-driven approach to ensure their satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay ahead of the latest videography and photography trends, especially in the aesthetics and luxury branding space.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and production techniques.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve the quality, efficiency, and creativity of our content production.

Requirements:

• Own high-quality camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proven experience in videography and photography, with a portfolio showcasing work in high-end branding, aesthetics, or personal branding.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently while following creative direction from the HighKey team.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various shoot locations.
• Availability for shoots (approximately 2-3 hours per session).
• Experience creating high-engagement social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) is a strong plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay: $100 /hr
• Potential for long-term collaboration and larger projects
