Highland Cabinetry Colorado is looking for a Warehouse Dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching deliveries, making sure our freight gets where it needs to go on time. You’ll be the go-to person for our drivers and customers, ensuring efficient communication and problem-solving along the way.

- Scheduling and coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time shipments.
- Communicating with drivers to provide instructions and resolve any issues.
- Tracking freight movement and addressing delays when they arise.
- Receiving and sorting freight for next-day deliveries.
- Answering calls from drivers and customers, keeping them updated.
- Entering customer orders and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
- Building strong relationships with drivers and customers.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
- 3 years of experience in transportation dispatching & warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite XP
- Experience using dispatch software (Tracker preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
