Highland Christian is a PreK-8th grade building that serves a diverse group of 675 students. As a nationally acclaimed “Model PLC School”, Highland Christian’s focus on collaboration is highly celebrated and the key to obtaining a “Grade A” from the state of Indiana. Within student-centered classrooms, teams of teachers are results oriented to ensure all students grow and perform at high levels.
For the 2025-2026, Highland Christian is anticipating an afternoon BAC Employee who will work with other adults to monitor students after school. Responsibilities will include working with children, scheduling, record keeps, and supporting school goals.
Employment would be Monday through Friday from 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
