POSITION SUMMARY :
The Technical Representative will provide technical support to contractors, distributors and sales representatives. The Technical Representative will report to the Executive Vice President and Vice President.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide answers to inquiries to assist all customers including roofing contractors, technical representatives, sales representatives, distributors, architects, specifiers, and roof consultants.
- Perform final roof inspections on completed projects
- Perform inspections on warranty leak claims
- Perform training programs and assistance for applicators, estimators, and customers to instruct / educate them on application or other relevant subject matter to increase their efficiency and capacity to properly
- Perform field tests and provide feedback and solutions for experimental technologies

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
This position will be in an office setting at a desk equipped with computer, monitors, phone, and other applicable resources / equipment. The applicant will be required to go visit job sites. It will require the applicant to routinely sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for up to 8 hours. Position requires the occasional lifting of objects up to 10lbs.

WORKING HOURS :
Standard hours Monday-Friday, eight to ten hours per day. This position is on-site.
