What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse (RN or LPN) – MAT Support position at Highland Community Learning Center?
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, including medication
administration and patient monitoring.
- Conduct vital sign checks and routine health screenings for clients receiving MAT.
- Educate clients on MAT, withdrawal management, and medication safety.
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to ensure continuity of care
.
- Monitor for adverse medication reactions and report concerns to the Medical Director.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Board of Nursing, DEA, and SAMHSA regulations.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio RN or LPN license required.
Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health preferred.
Knowledge of MAT protocols and withdrawal management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
