Essential Functions As A Sales Team Leader :

Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service while assisting in closing the sale
Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach we have with our customer base to expand sales revenue
Meet with new and prospective customer base directly
Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team
Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributes
Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information

Essential Requirements Of A Sales Team Leader :

Leadership experience, including involvement in related sports and / or student organizations

Basic comprehension of marketing and sales methods

Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically

Organized with the ability to exceed deadlines, and completion of tasks and projects assigned

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

Versatile and willing to do what it takes to get the job fulfilled

Proven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficiently
