Looking for a candidate attention to detail, moderate knowledge of administrative tasks and computer applications. An ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. The schedule is firm, from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Be part of the team at processing claims in-office
- Provide support around office as needed
- Answer and re-direct phone calls
- Sort through mail and distribute correspondence
- Physically able to move boxes of documents for storage
- Use mail merge to create monthly documents, file papers away, and print necessary forms
- Review work produced by other staff members to meet highest standards of claim processing
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
