What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Highland Hills Apartments?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process, including application completion and lease signing
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding rental availability, lease terms, and property amenities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, leases, and rental payments
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and documenting any damages
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain tenant communication
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Upsell additional services or amenities to current tenants
Experience:
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
