  • Complete basic repairs
  • Complete scheduled maintenance assignments
  • Act as “On-Call” maintenance person as assigned
  • Respond to calls in a timely manner
  • Snow removal procedures
  • Parking lot and grounds maintenance
  • Enforcing of parking permits
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the Maintenance shop, office, and other maintenance storage areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
