Job Description
Highland Hospital a 261 bed community teaching hospital and affiliate of the University Of Rochester Medical Center is recruiting for an experienced Endoscopy Tech to join our Highland Procedures Center.
HPC is a multifaceted unit that provides inpatient and outpatient endoscopic procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, and advanced procedures such as ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound. Assists in TEEs and cardioversions and provides transfusion services. Three state-of-the-art procedure suites providing ASGE-recognized care.
Assists with endoscopy procedures and is responsible for the appropriate cleaning and disinfecting of Endoscopy equipment.
PAY RANGE: $18.00-23.90

- The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements
- Education: Fulfills the educational requirements for certification by a nationally accredited Central Service Technician exam CBSPD preferred; if start role without certification, must obtain within 18 months of start date in role.
- Experience: 1 full year of Endoscopy/Labor/OR Tech experience highly desirable; 2 years patient care experience in a medical environment.
- License/Certification Required: CBSPD certification preferred upon hire. As stated above, if start in role prior to being certified, must obtain certification within 18 months of start date in role. American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification required.
Salary : $18 - $24
