Job Description
Supervised by a Registered Nurse or Physician, the LPN guides our patients through a seamless process to ensure that their care is of the highest quality and delivered in the most efficient manner. Assisting patients through the appointment, and provisions of supervised nursing services during care. The LPN may make and accept patient phone calls and document the patients symptoms, questions, or concerns. This information will be relayed to the RN or provider for the determination of the action needed. The LPN participates in care planning discussions, based on RN, MD or NP-determined urgency of care needs. The triage of emergency care situations is the responsibility of the RN or provider and scheduling of acute care appointments to maximize patient care opportunities will be facilitated by the LPN. Maintains the flow of the provider schedule during patient care sessions minimizing patient wait time whenever possible. Provides assistance to the physicians and nurse practitioners for patient care follow up needs.

Job Requirements
- Education: Fulfilled the educational requirements to be an LPN in NYS
- Experience: 3-5 years in OB/GYN experience preferred.
- License/Certification Required: Current NYS LPN license and current BLS
Salary : $32,500 - $41,100
