Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Duties
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Oversee budgeting for warehouse operations and monitor expenses.
- Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze data related to warehouse operations to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within operations management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, materials management, and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial oversight within a warehouse setting.
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
