Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
A clean background check is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
