Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and communication.
- Recruitment and Interviewing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
- Onboarding and Training: Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs to integrate employees effectively into the organization.
- Employee Retention Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Data Entry and Accounting Support: Perform accurate data entry and assist with accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources functions, including benefits management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
