Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Highland Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for performing nursing functions within the scope of your licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
- Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
- Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff
