Summer Camp | Coordinator

Highland Camps is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual to help coordinate daily
operations during their Summer Camps. Responsibilities include providing information to parents and campers,
coordinating camper arrival/departure, and managing camp logistics. The Summer Camp Coordinator must
demonstrate a professional standard of customer service with an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude and
work well as part of a team.

Summer Camp Programs
Ayr Academy – (Ages 11 – 16) Weeklong, check in Sunday afternoon and out Saturday morning
Summer Ride – (Ages 8 – 13) 3-Day, check in Sunday afternoon and out Wednesday evening

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Must have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Must have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and the ability to work weekends
• Computer skills and customer service experience required
• Ability to serve campers and their parents as the number one focus throughout the summer
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities:

• Full-time hours during the camp season
• Must be able to work weekends
• Help manage Camp enrollments through our online database and parent portal, respond to
  questions via email, and provide customer assistance over the phone
• Communicate and facilitate pre-camp arrival forms
• Assist management with the Camp arrival process and check-in – Sundays & Monday mornings.
• Carry out day-to-day non-riding operations
• Be able to help facilitate our camper injury plan
• Work with and support Counselor and Nurse staff

Dates

• Full-time position June – August
• Camp Orientation starts June 18th, 2025, first camper arrival June 22nd
• Last Camper departure is August 9th, 2025

Expected Pay: Starting $18/hr flexible based on work experiences
