What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker /Meat Handler position at Highland Packing Company?
Daily production of beef and pork patties which includes: operating equipment, labeling and boxing the products. Assist with filling wholesale orders and loading delivery trucks daily. This position also includes being able to lift 40# periodically and working in a cool temperature environment. Job also includes working the retail counter when needed. Hours vary Monday-Friday (6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) Saturdays (7 a.m. -1 p.m.) One day off during the week which will vary periodically.
