As the Staffing Coordinator at Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee, OK you will serve as the primary contact for all staffing functions at the facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Staffing for all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, CMA, CNAs)
- Process applications for all positions
- Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants / candidates
- Complete new hire reference checks, license / certification verifications
- Review staffing routinely and adjust based on census
- Conduct clinical portion of the new hire orientation
- Conduct drug testing of all new hires
- Maintain attendance records, excused / unexcused absences
- Set up, track and log attendance for all State mandated In-services and In-services as required by Administrator and DON
- Annual Proficiency Testing for Certified Nurse Aides
- May Participate in assessment and evaluation of nursing staff
- Maintain copies and track nurse and nurse aide licenses
- Track, audit and administer TB tests, Flu Shots, etc. for Residents and Employees
