What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Highland Park Market?
If you are an early riser and have experience as a baker, then this is the position for you!
We are seeking an experienced baker who has had experience baking in a professional bakery and can arrive to work between 4 and 5:00 am. Proofing, baking, mixing, panning and maintaining a clean work environment are the essential skills needed for this position. This is a full time 40 hour position where one weekend day is required. The ideal candidate must possess good time management along with excellent communication skills. The position requires standing for extended periods of time. Must be a team player with a customer focused attitude.
