Audio & Production Coordinator
The Audio & Production Coordinator provides technical support as needed across all campuses for worship and AV / Technology needs with strong experience in audio production. They will also be in charge of overseeing the Tolleson Family Activity Center training and its technical needs. On the creative side, the Audio & Production Coordinator will need to be able to think outside the box with solutions that range both long and short-term. He / She will need to have knowledge of pricing for materials that relate to all production needs (audio, staging, etc.).

Working Hours : This is a part-time position scheduled for approximately 12 hours per week. Additional hours may be available from time to time for specific projects.
Anticipated Schedule : Sundays 7am - 1 : 00 pm , Wednesdays 3 pm - 8 : 30 pm
Event support hours vary greatly and during certain times of the year, additional hours may be necessary to meet the job's demands. All church staff will be asked to support and serve for religious holidays and worship services, including Christmas Eve and Easter.
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Assist in designing, programming, and implementing audio and other worship technology for HPUMC and Tolleson Family Activity Center worship services and special events as directed.
- Ensure system programming, implementation, maintenance, and system design for production and events in the worship space for the Tolleson Family Activity Center.
- Operate sound providing an excellent musical mix for Youth Services and other events in the Tolleson Family Activity Center worship space.
- Provide technical support and training for the Tolleson Family Activity Center and other venues as needed. Including WOW and Crave for the Youth Ministry on Wednesday nights & Sunday mornings and The Feast and The Walk for the Belong Disability Ministry.
- Assist with Podcast audio mastering as needed.
- Assist in assessing and coordinating audio needs with worship, music, and other personnel to best meet their needs.
- Prepare worship venues for services and events, setting up equipment and tearing down and storing afterward.
- Other duties as assigned and duties may be changed and modified at any time.
