We are looking for a professional and educator to support our Director of Curriculum in shaping academic success through data-driven decision-making.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Curriculum will play a critical role in supporting curriculum development, instructional practices, data analysis, and administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Director of Curriculum in data collection, organization, and analysis to support instructional decision-making and academic planning.
· Use Excel and other tools to generate reports, track student progress, and analyze academic performance data.
· Maintain and update curriculum documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.
· Organize and manage multiple projects with attention to timelines and deliverables.
· Ensure meticulous record-keeping and handle confidential information with discretion.
· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
· Support the Director with other administrative and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in education, data analysis, business administration, or related field
· At least 2 years of experience in high school teaching
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Willing to work in the evenings and weekends occasionally as needed
· Willing to commute weekly to Phoenix, Surprise, and Avondale with gas stipend provided
