Physical Requirements : While preforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear; use hands and arms to handle items, lift, feel, and reach. The employee is frequently required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance on a step ladder or ladder.

Essential Functions
Dust mopping, sweeping, and wet mopping
Vacuuming carpeted areas; shampoo areas as needed
Dusting furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, bathroom fixtures, closets and drawers etc.
Emptying trash receptacles; wash and disinfect trash containers
Collection and transport of bulk garbage from units to outside trash / recycling containers
Collection and transport of medical waste to designated storage area
Strip and wax facility floors as per schedule
Buff floors as per schedule
Collection and transport of soiled linen from units to laundry room
Transport of clean linen to units
Assist in transport and unpacking of deliveries to facility
Clean, sweep and wash stairwells
Ensure corridor air vents are free of dust / debris
Spot clean walls
Washing windows
Stocking facility with soap, paper towels, trash bags etc.
