The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to the team who provides clinical services for the individuals. Are you ready to make a Difference?
- Provides administrative backup to ACT Team Lead to include managing routine administrative functions for the office.
- Set up meetings as requested (virtual, face to face, etc.)
- Provides assistance and problem resolution to staff, other agencies, and the general public via phone or electronically
- Complete check request and purchase orders as needed.
- Assist program with ordering special supplies or other items.
- Completes Incident Reporting in a timely manner, gathers and provides updates to incident reports PRN.
- Enters individual demographic information in the electronic health record, schedules appointments and completes service documents for the ACT Team as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
