Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Conducting intensive outpatient (IOP) groups, individual counseling and psychoeducation.
- Follow established guidelines in Addictive Disease Program Plan.
- Individual counseling as clinically indicated.
- Complete Behavioral Health Assessments (BHA's) /Service Plan Development (SPD's), and all other supporting assessments, including UDS, & documentation for individuals affiliated with Haralson IOP.
- Follow-up calls with referrals and participation in Treatment/consultation/clinical team meetings.
- Complete monthly Treatment Plan reviews and discharge/transition person's served, as clinically indicated.
- Intensive Outpatient Program clinician conducting monthly audits for IOP staff. (As Needed)
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Addictive Disease Operations, AD Regional Manager(s), as needed to meet expanding needs of individuals served.
